The initial password is revealed once by clicking the view button in the console. For better security, we recommend switching to SSH key authentication and disabling password login after your first login.

On the instance details page in the console, three power action buttons are available in the top-right corner:
Power On — Boot the device from a powered-off state, typically within 30 seconds
Shut Down — Gracefully shut down macOS before cutting power
Restart — System-level restart, suitable for kernel updates or frozen environments
Action status updates in real time. Refresh the page to see the latest running state. If an action is unresponsive for a long time, submit a ticket for engineer assistance.
